EA Updates
We are frequently updating information regarding enterprise agreements from private and aged care sites across Tasmania so our members can stay informed.
Calvary Health Care – Hospital
The ANMF continues to meet with Calvary Health Care Tasmania to advance a new Enterprise Agreement (EA). The ANMF met on Monday 3 April 2023 where the employer responded to the ANMF member Log of Claims (LOC). View the latest EA Update. Member meetings will take place this week to discuss the employer response. The next bargaining meeting will be held on Thursday 20 April 2023.
Uniting AgeWell
The ANMF received confirmation that the ballot was held, and a majority of employees voted “yes” to the offer from the employer. The employer will now lodge the new agreement with the Fair Work Commission.
May Shaw Nurses
The ANMF will meet with the employer on Thursday 27 April 2023 to continue the bargaining process.
May Shaw General Staff
The ANMF will meet with the employer on Thursday 27 April 2023 to continue the bargaining process.
Regis Aged Care
The next bargaining meeting will be held on Monday 1 May 2023.
Respect Aged Care
The ANMF is meeting with members to endorse the Log of Claims (LoC) to commence discussion with the employer for a replacement Enterprise Agreement (EA).
Corumbene Nursing Home
An EA meeting was held on Wednesday 12 April 2023. Corumbene have said they have considered the Log of Claims (LoC) presented by the ANMF on behalf of members. Corumbene have agreed to send more information to the ANMF around policies and procedures that are in place, rather than being included in the EA agreement. The next EA meeting is scheduled for Tuesday 2 May from 1000 – 1100hrs.
Calvary Aged Care
The first meeting was held on Friday 31 March 2023. The meeting scheduled for Friday 14 April 2023 did not take place as the employer representative was unwell.
Aged Care Deloraine
ANMF members have updated their Log of Claims (LoC) for a replacement Enterprise Agreement (EA).
Eskleigh Foundation
The ANMF is awaiting the employer’s revised draft agreement.
Baptcare
The ANMF has sent the endorsed Log of Claims (LoC) to the employer.
Emmerton Park
The ANMF is preparing a LoC for a replacement Enterprise Agreement (EA).
Melaleuca Home for the Aged
The ANMF met with Melaleuca management and members regarding the delays about bargaining for the nurses EA. View the latest EA Update. The next bargaining meeting will be held on Tuesday 20 June 2023.
