Southern Cross Care Tasmania (SCCT)

The ANMF has received notice that Southern Cross Care Tasmania (SCCT) will forge ahead with the Household Model of Care, however, the ANMF are working with members to understand what this will mean for each member. ANMF Northern Organiser, Nicki Hood will be visiting workplaces in the coming weeks to check in with members and note any feedback regarding this change. View the latest update.

Uniting AgeWell

North West

Respect Aged Care Coroneagh Park

The ANMF has received a response to workload and other concerns raised on behalf of members at Respect Aged Care Coroneagh Park. Updates and a further member meeting invite to follow soon.

OneCare Umina Park

ANMF officials were onsite on Tuesday 16 May 2023 to meet with members to discuss professional and industrial concerns. Further meetings will be held as bargaining for the Enterprise Agreement (EA) recommences. Updates to follow soon.

South

Corumbene Nursing Home

A member meeting was held on Tuesday 16 May 2023 where several concerns were raised. The ANMF has a meeting planned with management to discuss these concerns and will report back to members after this meeting. The next EA meeting is planned for Tuesday 30 May 2023.
