Calvary Health Care Tasmania

Regis Aged Care
The employer postponed the meeting that was scheduled for Tuesday 23 May 2023.
Respect Aged Care
The ANMF is meeting with members to endorse the Log of Claims (LoC) for a replacement EA.
Lifeblood
While the ANMF (Tasmanian and Victorian Branches) had preliminary discussions with the employer, Lifeblood have now determined that they wish to secure a National Agreement. The ANMF have made clear that we believe any agreement should cover Nurses and Donor Service staff, however it appears that Lifeblood may be seeking an Agreement to cover all staff. The first meeting is scheduled for this Friday 2 June 2023.
Corumbene Nursing Home
The next Enterprise Agreement (EA) meeting scheduled for Tuesday 30 May 2023 has been cancelled by management, in part due to a COVID-19 outbreak at the facility. The date of the next meeting is to be confirmed.
Mary Ogilvy Home for the Aged
A member meeting was held on Tuesday 16 May 2023 to ask members if there were any other inclusions in the Log of Claims (LOC) since it was endorsed in October 2022. Mary Ogilvy management has written to the ANMF regarding their intent to begin bargaining. A date of Thursday 29 June 2023 has been set by the employer. We were previously advised that the employer would respond to the LoC on that date.
Hobart Day Surgery
The ANMF has amended the draft LoC in line with member feedback.
South Eastern Community Care
The ballot to vote on the agreement will open today, Thursday 1 June 2023, and will close at 1200hrs on Tuesday 6 June 2023.
Aged Care Deloraine
ANMF members have updated their Log of Claims (LoC) for a replacement Enterprise Agreement (EA).
Eskleigh Foundation
The ANMF is awaiting the employer’s revised draft agreement.
Calvary Aged Care
The next meeting will be held on Thursday 15 June 2023. The ANMF have surveyed members about requests for the LoC, however, as this is a Federally negotiated Agreement, we have forwarded that information to the ANMF Federal Office to collate with information received from other branches.
Launceston Church Grammar School
The EA has received approval from a majority of employees. The ANMF are advised that the employer will submit the Agreement to the Fair Work Commission (FWC) for approval.
Baptcare
The ANMF has sent the endorsed Log of Claims (LoC) to the employer.
Emmerton Park
The ANMF is preparing a LoC for a replacement EA.
Melaleuca Home for the Aged
The next bargaining meeting will be held on Tuesday 20 June 2023.
