Royal Hobart Hospital (RHH)

General Surgical Ward K9W

On Monday 29 May 2023, the ANMF attended a re-benchmarking meeting for the Royal Hobart Hospital General Surgical Unit (K9W). The major outcomes of this meeting will be relayed to members at an upcoming meeting (date and time to be confirmed), at which a vote will be taken to ratify/reject the proposed staffing model. A meeting notification will be sent to members once confirmed.

Orthopaedics/Surgical Specialties Unit K9E

On Monday 29 May 2023, the ANMF attended a re-benchmarking meeting for the Royal Hobart Hospital Orthopaedics/Surgical Specialties Unit (K9E). Members will be advised of the discussion at an upcoming meeting (date and time to be confirmed), at which a vote will be taken to ratify/reject the proposed staffing model. A meeting notification will be sent to members once confirmed.

Paediatrics and Adolescent Unit (K6)

The ANMF will conduct a member meeting on Friday 2 June 2023, at 1430hrs, in the School Room on K6W. The purpose of this meeting will be to take member feedback regarding the proposed/impending installation of the Mother Baby Unit (MBU) in the existing Transition to Home Unit within K6W. All members are encouraged to attend. Additional feedback can be submitted via email to membersupport@anmftas.org.au
