EA Updates
We are frequently updating information regarding enterprise agreements from private and aged care sites across Tasmania so our members can stay informed.
I-Med
A preliminary meeting was held on Tuesday 18 July 2023 with employer representatives. As mentioned, the employer intends to merge three Victorian Agreements and one Tasmanian Agreement to make a single Enterprise Agreement (EA) covering all sites. A further discussion is scheduled for Tuesday 1 August 2023.
Calvary Health Care Tasmania
The employer has not increased its wage offer or addressed member concerns around workloads. As requested by members, the ANMF is lodging a protected action ballot application. The ANMF reminds all members to update their ANMF membership details to make sure their vote counts. Details can be updated by clicking here. It is crucial that your details are correct on our database if you would like to participate in any ballot to take (or not) protected action.
May Shaw Nurses
The ANMF is reviewing the employer’s draft agreement. Following this, the ANMF will hold member meetings to discuss the offer in full. You are encouraged to ask your organiser about any of the details you are not sure about before voting on the EA offer. Alternatively, questions can be raised to the ANMF Member Support Team via email at membersupport@anmftas.org.au.
