Launceston General Hospital (LGH)

Emergency Department (ED), Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Wards 6D, 5D and 3R

The ANMF has received a response from Tasmanian Health Service (THS) North management regarding the Step 1 Grievance raised in ED, wards 5D, 6D, 3R and ICU. The THS agreed to measures and recommendations for resolving the workload disputes, and where an ANMF member solution was not agreed, an explanation has been given. Read the latest update here.

Ward 3D

The ANMF is aware of recent workload concerns of members working in ward 3D. The ANMF is in the process of scheduling a meeting with members to discuss these concerns, a date and time for this meeting is to be confirmed.

Acute Medical Unit (AMU)

The ANMF is aware of recent workload concerns of members working in AMU. The ANMF is in the process of scheduling a meeting with members to discuss these concerns, the date and time for this meeting is to be confirmed and members will be notified.
