EA Updates
We are frequently updating information regarding enterprise agreements from private and aged care sites across Tasmania so our members can stay informed.
Regis Aged Care
It has come as no surprise that members voted down the offer from Regis Aged Care. With a wage offer of only 2% (8% for Registered Nurses – RNs) it is an appalling offer considering the cost-of-living crisis Australians are facing at present. The ANMF will contact your employer in the coming weeks to recommence negotiations on our members behalf. If you would like to be part of these negotiations, please keep an eye out for our ANMF communications alerting you to when your organiser will be in your workplace next. Alternatively, you can contact Northern Organiser, Nicki Hood via email at Nicki.Hood@anmftas.org.au
Family Planning Tasmania (FPT)
The ANMF has been part of the negotiations for a replacement Enterprise Agreement (EA). The next bargaining meeting will be this week, at which the ANMF will present members feedback to the clauses FPT have flagged for discussion. If you have any questions about the negotiations, please contact Northern Organiser, Nicki Hood via email at Nicki.Hood@anmftas.org.au
Calvary Health Care Tasmania (CHCT)
The replacement EA sits with the Fair Work Commission (FWC), and we hope the Agreement will be registered soon. If you have any questions in relation to this, Northern Organiser, Nicki Hood can be contacted via email at Nicki.Hood@anmftas.org.au
Calvary Aged Care
The ANMF has received notice the new Enterprise Agreement (EA) has now been registered. This effectively means for Calvary Aged Care employees they can expect a wage increase as agreed to during negotiations. If you have any questions regarding the new Agreement, you are encouraged to contact your workplace organiser via email at Nicki.Hood@anmftas.org.au. A copy of the new Agreement can be viewed here.
Updates correct as at 25 January 2024.
