Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Electronic Workload Forms Continue

The ANMF met with LGH ICU members on Wednesday 17 January 2024, regarding the ongoing workload, skill mix, and redeployment issues. Members have committed to completing the ANMF electronic workload forms. Concerns will be documented in real-time, assisting the ANMF in understanding when workload issues occur. Access the form here, the form will remain open indefinitely.

Operating Room Suite (ORS)

The ANMF has received information from members regarding workload in the LGH ORS. The concerns centre around scheduled list numbers and actual list numbers, with the actual list numbers being higher than the scheduled. The ANMF is currently seeking advice from LGH management about when the next benchmarking of ORS is to be scheduled.

Updates correct as at 25 January 2024.
