EA Updates
We are frequently updating information regarding enterprise agreements from private and aged care sites across Tasmania so our members can stay informed.
Regis Aged Care
Regis invited the ANMF to an “off the record” meeting in an attempt to come to an agreement on a replacement Enterprise Agreement (EA). While Regis listened to our concerns that the wage offer was well below member expectations, Regis did not give any indication of where they stand. It is hoped that when the ANMF meets again with Regis a competitive wage offer will be tabled for members to consider.
OneCare
The ANMF have attended member meetings for endorsement of the Log of Claims (LoC). The ANMF will be attending the EA negotiations as scheduled and will update members accordingly.

The Fair Work Commission (FWC) is reviewing the Agreement as part of the approval process.

The ANMF is updating the Log of Claims (LoCs) to be submitted to The Salvation Army. The first EA meeting is scheduled to be held on Wednesday 6 March 2024. The ANMF will hold a member meeting before this date to have the LoCs endorsed by members.

Corumbene has opened the voting on the General Agreement. The voting period will close on Thursday 29 February 2024. The ANMF has not endorsed the draft agreement. The ANMF advise members to read the proposed agreement and vote ‘No’ if they are not in favour of it. View the latest EA update 7.
