EA Updates
We are frequently updating information regarding enterprise agreements from private and aged care sites across Tasmania so our members can stay informed.
Tasmanian Aboriginal Centre
Following the Log of Claims (LoC) survey sent to members earlier, the ANMF has now drafted a LoC which will need endorsement from members. Organisers will be in the workplace in the coming weeks seeking your endorsement. Once the LoC has been endorsed the next step in negotiations for a replacement EA can begin. If you missed the LoC survey and you have a particular matter you would like to add to the LoC, please contact the ANMF.
Family Planning Tasmania
The access period for the replacement EA has begun with two information sessions held on Wednesday 20 and Thursday 21 March 2024. Voting on the proposed agreement will commence on Monday 25 March at 0900hrs and will close at 1600hrs on Thursday 28 March 2024. Members will receive a survey link to which their vote can be cast. All votes will be anonymous to your employer.
I-MED Radiology
The bargaining process has been a very protracted process following I-MED Radiology announcement they intended to combine three separate agreements into one covering the whole of the nation. The ANMF has been at the bargaining table from the beginning. We are waiting for I-MED to table their full offer so we can present the offer to our members seeking their feedback. The ANMF will contact members when the full offer has been presented for consideration.
Hobart Day Surgery
An Enterprise Agreement (EA) meeting was held on Tuesday 12 March 2024, where the wages and allowances were discussed following a member meeting. The employer has requested more feedback from ANMF members regarding the offer. A member meeting is scheduled for Thursday 21 March 2024 from 1200hrs – 1300hrs. The next EA meeting is scheduled for Monday 25 March 2024.
Salvation Army Barrington Lodge
The first EA meeting was held on Wednesday 6 March 2024 where the LoC were presented to the employer. View the latest update. The next EA meeting is scheduled for Wednesday 27 March 2024.
Corumbene Nursing Home
The ANMF was notified by Corumbene that an error had occurred in the second voting survey for the EA sent to general staff. Corumbene will now be conducting a paper vote. View latest EA update.
Aged Care Deloraine
Negotiations for a replacement Enterprise Agreement (EA) have occurred with a draft offer presented to the ANMF. However, the ANMF raised some concerns over the wage offer and has asked Aged Care Deloraine to provide further clarity. The next scheduled meeting will be held on Friday April 12, 2024.
Calvary Home Care
Negotiations have recommenced for a new EA. As this will be a national agreement the ANMF Tasmanian Branch will be negotiating alongside other ANMF branches for a singular agreement. Workplace Representatives (Reps) and interested parties are invited to join the negotiations which will be held in paid time. The next scheduled meeting will be held on Wednesday 3 April 2024.
Updates are correct as of 20 March 2024.
