The ANMF and AMA to Report on Tasmanian Industrial Commission Outcomes Regarding Transfer of Care Procedure

The Australian Nursing and Midwifery Federation (ANMF) and the Australian Medical Association (AMA) will be providing an update on the outcomes of the Tasmanian Industrial Commission’s decision regarding the Transfer of Care Procedure.

Following extensive advocacy and representations made by both unions, the Tasmanian Industrial Commission has reached a decision on the proposed Transfer of Care Procedure, a matter of critical importance to healthcare professionals and patients.

The ANMF and AMA will be holding a press conference today to discuss the implications of the Commission’s decision and provide insights into its impact on healthcare delivery in Tasmania.
