The ANMF met with members on Wednesday 8 May 2024. Members raised serious concerns regarding proposed changes to employee rosters. These changes were announced without consultation with affected employees or the ANMF as their representative, during a staff meeting on Tuesday 7 May 2024, with immediate implementation to follow.

The ANMF has written to Southern Cross Care Tasmania (SCCT) management with members’ concerns around the change to rosters, stating that changes announced at the staff meeting could have a significant detriment to employees in their employment, however, the scale of the proposed reduction in hours is not yet clear.

Updates are correct as of 15 May 2024.
