EA Updates
We are frequently updating information regarding enterprise agreements from private and aged care sites across Tasmania so our members can stay informed.
Family Planning Tasmania
The ANMF wishes to advise members that the Family Planning Tasmania Enterprise Agreement 2023 has been approved by the Fair Work Commission (FWC). The agreement will operate from Wednesday 15 May 2024 and the nominal expiry date is 30 June 2025. Any wage increases and new entitlements will be effective from the dates as stated in the agreement. Amplar Virtual Health/Medibank Health
The ANMF met with Amplar Health, HR advisors, lead negotiators, other ANMF branches and Workplace Representatives on Wednesday 29 May 2024 to commence negotiations for a replacement industrial instrument. The ANMF Federal Branch will lead negotiations on behalf of Tasmanian members, with Northern Organiser Nicki Hood as the Tasmanian Branch contact.
Regis Aged Care
Negotiations for the Regis Aged Care, ANMF & HACSU Enterprise Agreement (EA) – Tasmania 2023 have ended and all eligible employees will now have the opportunity to vote as to whether they want to accept the new agreement. Voting commenced at 9am Tuesday 28 May 2024 and is to close 12 noon Friday 31 May 2024. View the latest update.
Respect Aged Care
The ANMF met with Respect, people and culture, lead negotiators, and Workplace Representatives on Wednesday 29 May 2024 to commence negotiations for a replacement industrial instrument. The ANMF presented the Log of Claims (LoC) as determined from your responses to snap polls, and survey questionnaire to your employer. The employer has asked for a period of 3 weeks to consider their initial response to the LoC but has indicated they wish to progress to an outcome as quickly as can be facilitated. The next scheduled meeting is Wednesday 19 June 2024. The ANMF will keep members informed.
The District Nurses
Following consultation with members, the ANMF is currently working on an updated LoC to present to members soon. Keep an eye out for a meeting text and flyer soon.
Tasmanian Aboriginal Centre
The ANMF recently visited members to discuss a LoC and other workplace matters. We will return soon with an updated LoC, keep an eye out for a meeting date and time.
TasIVF/Hobart Specialist Day Hospital
The next EA meeting will be held on Tuesday 4 June 2024. The Employer has proposed an all-staff agreement and will be responding to the ANMF LoC presented on behalf of members.
Corumbene Nursing Home Nurses
The Corumbene Nursing Home for the Aged Inc. Nurses Enterprise Agreement 2023 has been approved by the Fair Work Commission (FWC). The agreement will operate from Wednesday 29 May 2024 and the nominal expiry date is Sunday 30 June 2026. Any wage increases and new entitlements will be effective from the dates as stated in the agreement. View the agreement.
Hobart Day Surgery
The ANMF is meeting with members on Thursday 30 May 2024 to discuss the current offer from the Employer.
Calvary Home Care
The ANMF met with the Calvary Executive, lead negotiator and other ANMF branches on Wednesday 16 May 2024 to push forward on negotiations for a replacement industrial instrument.
The ANMF South Australia (SA) has tabled a LoC on behalf of Tasmanian members and will work closely with the ANMF Tasmanian Branch to ensure our members entitlements are acknowledged, local concerns are raised and at all times negotiated upon for a better outcome for our members.
Tandara Lodge General Staff
The Tandara Lodge Community Care Inc. General Staff Enterprise Agreement was made on Monday 27 May 2024 when a majority of the employees who cast a valid vote approved the agreement. Tandara Lodge Community Care Inc. will now lodge the agreement with the Fair Work Commission (FWC) within 14 days.
Tandara Lodge Nursing Staff
A vote was held on Monday 27 May 2024 regarding the Tandara Lodge Community Care Inc. Nurses Enterprise Agreement, a majority of the employees who cast a valid vote approved the agreement. Tandara Lodge Community Care Inc. will now lodge the agreement with the FWC within 14 days.
