Respect Aged Care
Negotiations continue for a replacement industrial instrument. At the last meeting, Respect has offered the following conditions improvements:

  • A night shift penalty rate of 17.5%. This represents an improvement at those facilities where the night shift penalty rate is currently only 15%.
  • Increasing the family and domestic violence leave entitlement to 20 days paid leave.
  • Inclusion of a jacket/vest/cardigan in the uniforms.

The ANMF will continue to push for a strong outcome for all members in further negotiation meetings.
