Royal Hobart Hospital (RHH)

Department of Critical Care Medicine (DCCM)

The ANMF has been advocating on behalf of members working in the Department of Critical Care Medicine (DCCM) at the Royal Hobart Hospital (RHH) regarding the payment of their 12-hour shifts. An application was lodged with the Tasmanian Industrial Commission (TIC) and a conference date has been set for Friday 12 July 2024.

Statewide Mental Health Services (SMHS)

Peacock House

The ANMF met with members on Wednesday 22 May 2024, to discuss the response to the grievance raised in a letter to Peacock House management on Monday 29 April 2024.

At this member meeting, members stated the response was not satisfactory and unanimously voted to escalate the grievance to a Step 2 Workload Grievance in line with the Nurses and Midwives (Tasmanian State Service) Interim Agreement 2013 Appendix C [the agreement].
