Calvary Aged Care Workload  – Concerns Care Workers struggle under mounting pressure!

Following the ANMF meeting with members last week, the ANMF were endorsed to gather evidence/data which will help support the chronic workloads claims being experienced currently.

It was determined the best way to capture evidence/data is to have members complete an anonymous survey which will ask questions around short staffing, roster practises, and overtime/extra shifts. View the latest update.

Updates are correct as of 5 September 2024.
