The ANMF attended a staff meeting on Thursday 21 November 2024, to provide ongoing support to members during the consultation process regarding the implementation of a new roster and shift pattern. Discussions surrounding the proposed changes have been underway since September 2024. The ANMF is pleased to report that the new draft roster has not raised significant concerns among members. Lifeblood management has committed to reviewing the roster in April 2025, and members are encouraged to reach out to the ANMF with any questions or concerns in the meantime.

Updates are correct as of 27 November 2024.
