Beaconsfield District Hospital

Members at Beaconsfield District Hospital have raised concerns with the ANMF around unsafe staffing levels. Members have reported frequently working short staffed, staff frequently being requested to work overtime and instances of Enrolled Nurses (ENs) working without a Registered Nurse (RN).
