QML/TML Pathology Enterprise Agreement Approval of Agreement

The ANMF wishes to advise members that the QML/TML Pathology Enterprise Agreement 2024 has been approved by the Fair Work Commission (FWC). 

The agreement will operate from Tuesday 28 January 2025, and the nominal expiry date is Monday 30 June 2026. Any wage increases and new entitlements will be effective from the dates as stated in the agreement.

Anglicare

Negotiations have concluded with Anglicare signalling they will prepare a draft offer early February 2025 for parties to consider. Once the ANMF has reviewed this offer a newsflash will be sent to all members for your feedback. Please keep an eye out for the newsflash in the coming weeks.
