Private Sector Updates – North West

Healthe Care North West Private Hospital (NWPH)

The ANMF has been advised that the voting process for your agreement is now complete, and the majority of employees who cast a valid vote have approved the agreement. Healthe Care Burnie Pty Ltd will now lodge the agreement with the Fair Work Commission (FWC) within 14 days.

The ANMF would like to thank members for their dedication and commitment throughout the bargaining process. Your effort standing together, attending meetings, handing out flyers, taking stop work action has resulted in changes to the workload clauses that ultimately mean better pay, better nursing numbers and better care.

Updates are correct as of 19 March 2025.
