Partnered Health Medical Centres
Since our last update, your union has been fighting for your interests at Partnered Health. Through further negotiation and advocacy, your employer has accepted an increase to 12 days of personal/carer’s leave. While this is not the 15 days we initially asked for, we are excited to deliver this for members as it sets a new standard for nurses across the primary health space that we can further improve on in the future. The District Nurses
At last week’s Enterprise Agreement (EA) bargaining meeting District Nurses management put forward some condition changes, but management is still yet to provide a wage offer. Management has put forward a number of largely technical condition changes which we are considering carefully. We seek your feedback on the items set out below. It is disappointing that we are yet to see progress significant unresolved items, such as the wage increase and adequate recognition of team leaders (clinical care coordinators).
