Private Sector Updates – Statewide

Family Planning Tasmania

Due to unplanned personal leave the scheduled bargaining meeting for Thursday 2 October 2025, was cancelled.

The ANMF is taking this opportunity to seek feedback around the wage offer to date from our members. The current wage offer is 3% per year of the agreement totalling 9% over 3 years.

A recent proposed offer is 4.5% and 4.5% – still totalling 9% over the life of the agreement, noting this proposed offer will require Family Planning Tasmania (FPT) board approval first.

Updates are correct as of 15 October 2025.
