Partnered Health Medical Centres

The ANMF wishes to advise members that the Partnered Health Medical Centres and ANMF Practice Nurses Enterprise Agreement 2025 has been approved by the Fair Work Commission (FWC).
 
The agreement will operate from Thursday 6 November 2025, and the nominal expiry date is Friday 30 June 2028.
 
The initial pay rise of 4% should have already been implemented since the Agreement received a yes vote on Monday 6 October 2025.
 
New personal leave accrual of up to 12 days a year plus reduced evidentiary requirements to take personal leave. View the new agreement.
