Private Sector Updates – Statewide

Family Planning Tasmania (FPT)

Disappointingly the counteroffer on wages was rejected, instead FTP has moved to drafting the replacement agreement. The ANMF has identified a few clauses that will require clarity.

Australian Red Cross Lifeblood Tasmania

At a recent workplace visit members raised that Lifeblood intends to roll out a new App called Thrive. Members stated they did not have much information on the app or the program Thrive. The ANMF will write to Lifeblood to seek clarity around this program and if it is linked to wage progression and/or Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Updates are correct as of 12 November 2025.
