A bargaining meeting was held on 5 February 2019. The ANMF provided its response to the employer’s revised draft agreement.

Calvary Health Care Tasmania
The ANMF is surveying members before preparing draft logs of claims for the replacement enterprise agreements.

Diagnostic Services
The ANMF is reviewing the employer’s draft agreement.

Family Planning
The employer has applied to the Fair Work Commission for approval of the agreement.

Masonic Care Tasmania
The next bargaining meeting is scheduled for 7 February 2019.

May Shaw
The ANMF met with the employer on 10 December 2018. ANMF member meetings will be held in the coming weeks.

OneCare Care Staff
The agreement was made when a majority of employees approved the agreement at ballot on 24 January 2019.  The employer will now lodge the agreement in the Fair Work Commission.

Regional Imaging
The ANMF has sent the endorsed log of claims to the employer.

TasIVF
The employer has applied to the Fair Work Commission for approval of the agreement.

Uniting AgeWell
The second bargaining meeting was held on 13 December 2018.  The ANMF is providing further information in writing to the employer to support its claim.
