Delays with Recruitment
Several managers have expressed concern about delays in recruitment processes attributed to the addition of a State-wide Employment Review process. The ANMF has written to both the Minister for Health and the Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services requesting an urgent review of the process including giving serious consideration to the abolition of the state-wide employment review committee. A response has been requested by 29 April 2019.

Due to the public holidays there has been a delay in response but we will closely monitor.
