The employer has put its proposed agreement out to ballot without the ANMF’s agreement.  ANMF members have resolved to vote no in the ballot.

Queen Victoria Care
The Fair Work Commission has approved the non-nursing agreement.

Huon Regional Care
The employer provided an improved offer on 14 February 2019.  The ANMF has provided a written response to the employer conveying member feedback.

Mary Ogilvy Home
The Fair Work Commission has approved the agreement.
