Hobart Private

The ANMF attended member meetings on the Surgical, Medical and Maternity Wards at Hobart Private to discuss a range of members concerns. These concerns were related to workloads, skills mix, quality of care and Work Health and Safety. The ANMF have distributed workload forms and agreement guidelines for workload management to members at Hobart Private. In addition, some of the concerns raised will be formally addressed with management. Following a response, we will feed this back to members for their consideration.
