These meetings continue, several items have been put into ‘working groups’ for discussion in the hope that some matters can be resolved. Unfortunately the progress is slow, but the process is ensuring that the employer representatives have obtaining a clear understanding of what the problems are from the perspective of the ANMF membership.

This is why our Organisers and Member Support Team are uniquely positioned to understand your experiences, represent you in your workplace, and offer industrial advice that’s relevant to you. We recognise that we have much to learn from Aboriginal people today, who represent the world’s oldest continuing culture and pay our sincere respects to Elders past, present and emerging.
