Political Panel on Health

The ANMF Tasmanian Branch invites the Tasmanian media to the political panel at the ANMF Biennial Delegates Conference at the Hotel Grand Chancellor Launceston, at 12.10 pm, on Friday 27 June.

ANMF Acting-Branch Secretary Phoebe Mansell said the panel, which will facilitate, will focus on party and candidate health policies.

“We want to know what the major parties are going to do to fix the health system,” Ms Mansell said.

“The Government in its Budget papers made much of the fact that Tasmania I snow spending more than $10 million a day on health.

“Where is that money going? Where can it be better spent within the health system?”

The panel will be preceded by opening statements from the politicians/candidates.
