We’re looking for a Finance Manager who wants ownership, trusts their judgment, and knows how to make systems work properly, yet still chases further efficiencies and improvements.

You’ll lead the finance and payroll function end‑to‑end and ensure it’s efficient, credible and future‑ready.

• Budgets, forecasting and financial reporting
• Payroll, EBAs and compliance
• Audit ,governance and contract management
• Financial risk and mitigation
• Improving systems, processes and financial visibility
• Turning financial data into insight decision‑makers can rely on
• Supervising one staff member
