• Building your confidence as a Delegate and leader
• Empowering yourself and your colleagues

This session is designed for experienced ANMF Workplace Delegates who have completed both ‘Back to Basics’ and ‘Advancing Your Role’ training. However, completion of these courses is not a prerequisite. If you haven’t yet undertaken them but would still like to join us, you are very welcome to attend!

As an ANMF Delegate, you’ll support members in your workplace by promoting campaigns, sharing information, and connecting members with assistance when needed.

We’ll provide training, ongoing support, and a range of benefits to help you in the role.
