MayShaw Aminya James Scott Wing

On Monday 27 July 2020, the ANMF met with members at MayShaw Aminya/James Scott Wing to discuss concerns raised by member. Following this we will be engaging with management to find a resolution. Updates from these discussions will be sent to members via email.

Onecare Bishop Davies Court

The ANMF continue to await return correspondence and a meeting with OneCare management regarding issues raised by members. These issues include the absence of follow up evaluations of changes to roster in January as well as workload matters. A meeting with members will be planned as soon as we have a response. Please keep a look out in your emails for more details on this as they become available.

Rosary Gardens

The ANMF have directed a number of previously raised member concerns to Southern Cross Care senior management in person and by email recent weeks. The ANMF are awaiting a response from the employer of outcomes to the matters raised. The ANMF will continue sending correspondence to management in the coming weeks to progress the concerns of members further.

Guilford Young Grove

The ANMF will be conducting a members meeting in the coming weeks to discuss any member workplace and industrial concerns. We encourage any ANMF members with workplace concerns to contact the ANMF so that and they can be added to the agenda for the meeting.

Marys Grange

The ANMF met with senior management at Southern Cross Care Marys Grange to raise a number of member concerns. The ANMF have a meeting planned for Thursday 6 August 2020 to provide members with a full update on these matters and take further direction about them.

 Sandown Apartments

The ANMF met with members at Southern Cross Care’s Sandown Apartments facility on 30 July 2020 to discuss proposed roster changes. A staff meeting was being held that afternoon to allow staff feedback. The ANMF will be in contact with members in the coming days and intend to represent members both individually and collectively throughout the change process.
