Inpatient Oncology (9A)

The ANMF conducted a member meeting in Ward 9A (Inpatient Oncology) on Tuesday 14 March 2023. The meeting was well attended, and several key points of discussion have been forwarded to management for consideration and action. We thank members for their participation in the meeting. Inpatient and Outpatient Renal Services (Ward 8A and St John’s Park)

On Thursday 9 March 2023, the ANMF conducted walk-arounds of the inpatient and outpatient Renal Units within Tasmanian Health Service (THS) South to celebrate World Kidney Day. Members were incredibly gracious in their hospitality and the ANMF trust the chocolates and merchandise provided have been put to good use! Many thanks to all the diligent nurses working in this specialised and highly valuable field.

Peacock Centre

After many years, it is good to see the Peacock Centre finally reopened and members having a new worksite. The ANMF enjoyed catching up with members at the open day.
