Aged Services Team

On Tuesday 28 March 2023, the ANMF attended a Step 1 Grievance meeting in the company of Tasmanian Health Service (THS) representatives to unpack elements of the Step 1 workload and staffing grievance for Aged Services Team (AST), as well as seeking a resolution on actions/outcomes. Although robust discussion was undertaken and some good ground made, the final aspect of agreed actions did not come to fruition owing to time constraints, for this reason a secondary meeting has been scheduled for Wednesday 19 April 2023. A full report will be presented to members following this discussion.
