The ANMF are aware that Calvary has proposed to change the role of Enrolled Nurses (ENs) in their aged care sites. The ANMF wrote to Calvary to ask for clarification, the letter can be found here. Calvary’s response can be read here. A further letter has been drafted asking for a full and final statement of duties. Once a response is received the ANMF will inform members via a newsflash. If you receive any letters of employment members are encouraged to seek independent advice from our Member Support Team via email at membersupport@anmftas.org.au before signing.
