Ward 4D, Ward 5D, Emergency Department (ED), Intensive Care Unit,

On Monday 29 May 2023 the ANMF attended a rally at the LGH in support of retaining LGH COVID-19 support staff. Following the State budget, it was confirmed that no funding had been allocated for these vital support positions and as a result, by Saturday 17 June 2023, these positions will be lost. The ANMF has written to the Premier to seek security of funding. This is a very disappointing position as these roles are essential in providing support for the nursing and midwifery workforce.

Ward 3D

Survey results are in regarding members preference for resolution of the LGH Ward 3D Step 1 Grievance. View the latest update.

Updates correct as at 1 June 2023.
