North West Regional Hospital (NWRH)

Medical Ward, AMU and Med C Benchmarking Step 2 Grievance

The ANMF met with THS management on Thursday 21 September 2023 to seek interim solutions to the workload concerns on Medical Ward, Med C and AMU. THS management has provided a plan to resolve the grievance. View the latest update.

Intensive Care Unit (ICU) – Step 1 Nursing Hours per Patient Day Grievance

After a meeting on Friday 1 September 2023, NWRH Intensive Care Unit (ICU) members, raised a Nursing Hours per Patient Day (NHpPD) Step 1 Grievance. THS management has provided a comprehensive plan to resolve the grievance. View the latest update.

Benchmarking

The ANMF along with ICU nurses were presented with the 2022-2023 NHpPD benchmarking data on Tuesday 19 September 2023. The data will be distributed for further discussion. In order that all members are able to vote on the endorsement process, ANMF members will receive a survey via email. Once the votes are collated the result will be sent to members via a newsflash and the THS will be formally notified.
