Ward 5D – Step 2 Specialist Panel Convened

On Thursday 2 November 2023, the ANMF facilitated a Step 2 Specialist Panel with Tasmania Health Service (THS) North management to address ongoing concerns raised by LGH Ward 5D members. View the latest update.

Ward 3R Meeting – Progress on Step 1 Grievance

The ANMF met with LGH Ward 3R members on Wednesday 8 November 2023, to discuss unresolved matters from their current Step 1 Grievance. Topics included funding and recruitment for COVID-19 positions, Clinical Nurse Consultant (CNC) approval timeline, and a commitment to benchmarking in early 2024. Ward 6D Grievance – Step 1 Progress and Step 2 Action

The ANMF engaged with Ward 6D members on Tuesday 14 November 2023 to review progress on their Step 1 Grievance. Despite efforts, ongoing concerns impacting workloads persist. Consequently, members have collectively decided to escalate the matter by raising a Step 2 Grievance, which the ANMF has initiated on their behalf. Stay tuned for additional updates. Operating Theatre Suite Meeting – Insights from Perioperative Nurses Week
