Calvary Lenah Valley – Perioperative Services and Recovery

The ANMF Tasmanian Branch thank members for taking time to complete the recent Theatre Workload Survey. The survey responses highlighted numerous issues that are widespread across the department. The ANMF require member assistance to begin to address these issues. If Calvary do not get notification of issues, they believe there are none.

In the first instance members should raise the issue to the In Charge staff on their shift. Any issues that cannot be resolved at the time they are occurring should be submitted on a Calvary workload form to their manager. Read the full update.

Lifeblood Hobart – Change Proposal

The ANMF note that this change proposal was initially not communicated in an effective manner and members have many concerns regarding the impact these changes will have on staff and donors.
