Close Observation Unit (COU)

Members of the COU at the MCH continue to seek the reinstatement of 12-hour shifts for their ward. Previously, members had trialled 12-hour shifts and proposed a Workplace Flexibility Arrangement (WFA), which was not approved by the THS. View the latest update.
