Baptcare Karingal
The Baptcare Karingal Community Enterprise Agreement 2024, which was voted up by Baptcare staff, has been lodged with the Fair Work Commission for approval. As part of the process, the Commission will assign the matter to a commissioner who will assess the agreement and get back to the parties with any questions. Once the Commission is satisfied, it will approve the agreement. The ANMF will keep you updated on the progress.

Queen Victoria Care
All parties met again in the bargaining for the new Queen Victoria Care (QVC) Enterprise Agreement (EA) on Tuesday 29 April 2025. The major topic of discussion was bargaining priorities. Instead of agreeing to a number of the ANMF claims, QVC wants to “trade off” some changes to the agreement for others. The ANMF pressed them for specifics on what they were offering, as is usually the case in bargaining, but they have not provided those at this stage.
Glenview Home
Last week, the ANMF members voted to endorse the ANMF’s Log of Claims (LoC), and we have submitted the Log of Claims to Glenview management. You can view the endorsed LoC at the button below. We will engage with Glenview management to arrange for bargaining meetings to be scheduled. Please be ready to help us show support for our claims. By working together, we maximise our negotiating strength. Endorsed LoC.
Updates are correct as of 15 May 2025.
