Aged Care Updates – Statewide

Statewide

Regis Aged Care

Your negotiating team met with Regis management and representatives on Friday, 1 August 2025 to begin bargaining for a new Enterprise Agreement (EA). View the latest update.

Respect Aged Care

The ANMF recently surveyed members at Respect Aged Care following the announcement of a “Job Standardisation” rollout. The responses are alarming! 77% of respondents indicated the new master roster has impacted their role, while 79% indicated staffing levels have decreased at their workplace! The ANMF has heard you and have written to the Aged Care Quality Safety Commission to inform them of the impact this Job Standardisation has had on quality care to residents. Please keep an eye out for emails and or snap polls from us as we gather more detailed data from you to hold Respect accountable to providing a safe workplace for you and your colleagues. Now is the time to ask your workmates if they are an ANMF member. If not, encourage them to join now!

Medea Park

Negotiations with Medea Park Association Inc. (Medea Park) management and their bargaining representatives have now concluded for the Medea Park Association Incorporated Nurses EA. View the latest update.

Aged Care Deloraine

The ANMF are, again, waiting for your employer to complete the revised draft of the agreement for parties to review. It has been an incredibly slow and frustrating process that is in serious jeopardy of stalling once again.

Eskleigh Foundation

The ANMF has met again with your employer to discuss future funding for nurses at Eskleigh. It is deeply concerning that Eskleigh has not been able to secure funding, nor have the clients been required to continue to offer full nursing care. The ANMF will continue to press to have the Enterprise Agreement finalised as quickly as possible.

Calvary Health Care – Home Care Support Workers

The ANMF has contacted your employer in preparation for the commencement of negotiations. Once we have a schedule for meetings, we will keep our members updated by email. If you have any matters that you would like raised during negotiations, please contact ANMF Northern Organiser Nicki Hoodn via email at Nicki.Hood@anmftas.org.au
