Aged Care Updates – Statewide

Statewide

Regis Aged Care

It was very disappointing to have received a last-minute cancellation of the last bargaining meeting, at which parties were expecting Regis to put forward it’s wage offer. Once again it feels like Regis is stalling the negotiations. Therefore, the ANMF is calling all members to an online member meeting on Thursday 18 September 2025, at 1500hrs, we need to hear from our members what actions you would endorse to reinvigorate the negotiations. Details of the online meeting will be sent to members via text and email. You are strongly encouraged to join this meeting on Thursday 18 September 2025.

Anglicare

The ANMF received the final draft, unfortunately Anglicare has redacted the draft while they reconsider where they stand on a few important matters. This has, regrettably, hampered the anticipated access and voting period. Once further information is provided the ANMF will inform all their members via newsletters.
