The ANMF has received a response to the Step 1 Grievance raised on behalf of members working in the MCH ED. View the latest update.

Medical Procedures Day Unit

As a result of the open Step 2 grievance. The benchmarking has been scheduled for Tuesday 21 October 2025, representing the first benchmarking to occur since 2022.

Theatres/Day Surgery Unit

The Tasmanian Health Service (THS) requested an extension to provide their response to the Step 1 Grievance regarding short staffing and skill mix concerns. The response was due by close of business Wednesday 17 September 2025. The ANMF will update members once it is received.
