Private Sector Updates – Statewide
Australian Red Cross Lifeblood
The ANMF has received notice Lifeblood proposes to change the role of the Donor Services Nursing Assistants (DSNA) scope.
Following a review Lifeblood has developed Guidelines for Selection of Blood Donors management and phlebotomy skills, presenting an opportunity for nurses to focus on clinical matters, which will improve the overall efficiency in the donor centres.
The change proposal for DSNA will allow employees to ask questions around the expanded scope, share views and raise concerns if you have any.
Partnered Health
From Monday 22 September 2025, you will be able to view the proposed Partnered Health Medical Centres and ANMF Enterprise Agreement 2025. Your union believe the negotiations have come to a point where it is necessary for our members and other employees to have their say. View the latest update
The District Nurses
After we reached in-principle agreement on Monday 25 August 2025, The District Nurses (TDN) management is proceeding to an all-staff ballot on the proposed agreement and will commence paying the new rates if a majority approve the agreement in the all-staff ballot. View the latest update
Updates are correct as of 1 October 2025.
