Calvary Health Care Tasmania

All parties met to begin the bargaining; Log of Claims (LoC) items were presented with Calvary Health Care committing to providing a response to the LoC at today’s scheduled meeting. Bargaining parties agreed negotiations should proceed every fortnight, the ANMF attended today’s scheduled meeting (Thursday 30 October 2025), and will provide an update. View the latest update.

Family Planning Tasmania

Following a wage offer of 4.5% in 2 stages over the life of the agreement, members met to discuss the negotiations to date. Members agreed that they felt wages should remain a top priority as Family Planning Tasmania have agreed to very little in the LoC. A counter-offer of 6% upon approval of the agreement and 4.5% 18 months later was presented to your employer for consideration.

Lifeblood Tasmania

The ANMF has raised concerns around the erosion of clinical services at Lifeblood Australia. Questions remain around the role of Donor Services Nursing Assistants (DSNA), training and the overall responsibility at donor centres. ANMF organisers will be visiting Tasmanian sites to seek feedback about the role of DSNAs, you are encouraged to speak with your local ANMF organiser when they visit.

Updates are correct as of 30 October 2025.
