Private Sector Updates – Statewide

Family Planning Tasmania (FPT)

At the Enterprise Agreement (EA) bargaining meeting, held Wednesday 12 November 2025, a second draft agreement was received just before the scheduled meeting commenced. During the meeting FPT clarified they wished to include the executive team under the EA. The ANMF is seeking clarity as the clause is worded in a way that anyone with an employment contract would be excluded from the EA.

Calvary Health Care Tasmania EA Bargaining

At the bargaining meeting held Friday 14 November 2025, Calvary put forward their wage offer of 3% for each year of the agreement, stating this was their “top offer”. The ANMF argued that the days of Calvary offering above and beyond public sector wages is over, with many classifications now sitting below public sector wages. The ANMF pressed that Calvary would have to rethink their wage offer if they wished to retain their valued staff. The ANMF are seeking members feedback on the wage offer before the next bargaining meeting Friday 28 November 2025. View the latest update.

Updates are correct as of 26 November 2025.
