Regis Aged Care

Your ANMF bargaining team has received a new and improved wages offer from Regis Aged Care, which the employer again describes as its “best and final offer.” View the latest update. 

Southern Cross Care Tasmania (SCCT)

Southern Cross Care Tasmania (SCCT) management is refusing to improve the wages offer it tabled in December 2025, and your ANMF bargaining team is seeking the direction of members. The wages offer is 2% from December 2025 with backpay, 3% from 1 July 2026, 3% from 1 July 2027 and 3% from 1 July 2028. View the latest update.

Tandara Lodge

Your ANMF bargaining team has received notice that your employer, Tandara Lodge Community Care Inc. (Tandara) has formally issued the Notice of Employee Representational Rights (NERR). View the latest update. 

Meecroft Home of the Aged

The ANMF received enquiries from nurses employed at Meercroft indicating that they were not included in the recent wage increases from the Aged Care Work Value Case (ACWVC). View the latest update. 

Melaleuca Home for the Aged

The ANMF is preparing to formally commence negotiations with Melaleuca Home for the Aged Inc. (your Employer) for your replacement Enterprise Agreement (EA). 

This new agreement will set your future wages, allowances and working conditions — locking in your entitlements for the next few years of the agreement’s operation. View the latest update.
