Private Sector Updates – Statewide

Lifeblood Australia

At the bargaining meeting held on Thursday 8 October 2026, the ANMF further presented Log of Claim (LoC) items for consideration. Claim items such as improving career progression, Work Health and Safety (WHS) concerns, Introduction of study leave, and Qualification Allowances were all presented for your employer to consider. What has become apparent during bargaining is the indication that your employer is not really engaging in bargaining, with very little negotiations taking place, your employer has been quick to reject claim items without much thought. The ANMF will continue to bargain in good faith, presenting all claim items for consideration and negotiating a fair and equable agreement that recognises your efforts and dedication. Updates are correct as of 21 October 2026.
